  Had really great dealings with this office until I dealt with a lady named Sam. Sam sent a text stating I was overdue on payment with no prior explanation (I wasn't overdue). Adjusted end of lease agreement date with no notification so therefore demanded extra payment. States I was never in advance with my rent, only to be proved wrong. Paraphrased sections of the tenancy act which weren't pertinent to our dealings, did this repeatedly with her own bizarre text also. When I rang her after baseless emails I was hung up on, then I was yelled at repeatedly and told to shut up and listen to her....Phone conversation was neurotic, bizarre and abusive. I normally don't bother with this if it happens once as everyone has a bad day. However this was constant repetitive abusive behaviour. As I stated earlier, all other dealings with this office I couldn't fault. Unfortunately they have a very unprofessional and poorly trained staff member.

  I rented with Cairns Property Office for just over 2 years and never had one drama. They were polite, easy to get in contact with and always followed up with requests. I dealt with Debra & Sam, both were very nice and super prompt in replies. I ended my rental contract early as I purchased a property, however they made this transition easy and were flexible with my constant changing dates of moving out. I would highly recommend them as property managers.
